(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 25.61/4/1 & 25.41/13/2 AT MARISHES, NEAR KIRKBY MISPERTON) ORDER 2014 NO 218 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 25.61/4/1 AND 25.41/13/2, MARISHES) ORDER 2013 NO 382 made on 18.12.13, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpaths 25.61/4/1 and 25.41/13/2 at Marishes near Kirkby Misperton between grid references SE79247711 and SE79347711, in the District of Ryedale due to a dangerous footpath that needs repairing. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 11.06.14 until 10.12.14 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
