NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (VARIOUS LOCATIONS, DISTRICT OF RYEDALE) ORDER 2014 NO 151
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the
following roads, in the District of Ryedale due
to carriageway surface dressing works:-
A170, Sproxton
A170, Wombleton
A170, Kirby Mills
B1257, Stonegrave
B1258 Yedingham
Cordike Lane, Langton
Habton Road & Kirby Misperton Lane, Kirby Misperton
Langton Road, Langton
Knott Road, Rosedale Abbey
Whitby Road, Thornton-le-Dale
Wass to Jerry Carr Bank, Ampleforth
Back Lane & Whitecarr Lane, Marton
Wandale Lane & Whitecarr Lane, Marton
Long Lane, Normanby
Salents Lane, Wharram-le-Street
B1248, Beverley Road
Foxholes to Staxton Hill
Marton Road, Gallowheads Lane & Marton Lane, Marton Barugh Lane, Great Habton Balloon Tree Lane, Gate Helmsley
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 01.05.14 until 31.10.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over a few days at each location within the timescale above. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
