N0TICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Daniel Froggatt, Cafe Frog, 2 Burgate,Pickering, YO18 7AU. Application has been made on the 22nd April 2014 for a premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00. 2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:00 and 21:30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representions must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 20th of May 2014). It is an offence to knowingley or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
