NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Richard Bettison The George Hotel, 19 Yorkersgate, Malton, YO17 7AA. Application has been made on the 18th March 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows. 1. The supply of alcohol 10.00 until 01.00 hours each day. On all Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day until 02.00 hours. On New Years Eve until the end of permitted hours the next day. 2. Provision of:- Live music 11.00 until 23.00 hours each day,- Recorded music and performance of dance 11.00 until 01.00 hours each day. 3. Late night refreshment 23.00 until 23.30 hours each day. 4. The premises to be open to the public 10.00 until 01.30 hours each day. On all Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day until 02.30 hours. On New Years Eve until the end of the permitted hours the next day. A record of this application may be inspected within Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 15th of April 2014).
