NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RYDALE AREA) ORDER 2014 NO 108 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following various location, in the District of Ryedale due to footway and carriageway reconstruction works:-
Plum Street, Norton-on-Derwent Seven Street, Malton Rice Lane, Flaxton Gillamoor Road, Kirkbymoorside Whin Moor Lane, Sherburn C89, Yearsley to Coulton St. Leonard's Close, Malton The maximum duration of the Order will be from 07.04.14 until 27.03.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within one to two weeks at each location commencing on 07.04.14. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
