NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Andrew Baird, Burnley Guest House, Hutton Le Hole, York, YO62 6UA. Application has been made on the 1Oth February 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- The supply of alcohol (on sales only) to residents of the guest house 24 hours each day. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, Yo17 7zG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above ie by the 1Oth of March 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
