NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Miss Jennifer Mary Bulmer, Canadian Fields, Gale Lane, Nawton, York, YO62 7SD Application has been made on the 3rd February 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1 ) The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 11:00 and 23.00. On Friday and Saturday nights in December and on Christmas Eve until 00:00 hours (midnight). 2) The provision of recorded music (background music) each day between the hours of 11:00 and 22:30. On Friday and Saturday nights in December and on Christmas Eve until 00:00 hours (midnight). 3) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00. On Friday and Saturday nights in December and on Christmas Eve until 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton, Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above ( ie by the 3rd March 2014) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
