Application has been made on the 22nd of January 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or dance each day between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00. On New Years Eve the provision of live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or dance until 00:00 hours. 2. The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) each day between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00. On New Years Eve until 00:00 hours. 3. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00. On New Years Eve until 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to: Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH witin 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingley or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
