NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT NOTICE UNDER REGULTATION 22 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011- SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION

Application Number: NY/2013/0273/ENV Proposed development affecting land between Ebberston Moor 'A' Wellsite to Knapton Generating Station, East Knapton, Malton, YO17 8JF. I give noti ce that Viki ng UK Gas Li mited, having made an appli cation (dated 16 August 2013) to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for natural gas production from the existing Ebberston Moor 'A' wellsite; and construction of a 15.3 km long 8" steel underground pipeline from the Ebberston Moor 'A' Wellsite to Knapton Generating Station which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement, have submitted further information in relation to the Environmental Statement

The further information comprises the documents dated 19 November 2013 (additional information) and 18 & 20 December 2013 (strategy for bat survey, Habitats Regs Assessment, highways information and a plan shows the location of the proposed pipeline below the NTS). Members of the public may view the further information (and the original application, plans and Environmental Statement) at Ryedale District Council Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 5 February 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
