Application has been made on the 12th of December 2013 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1.The supply of alcohol (off sales only) Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays 08:00 until 16:00. 2.The premises to be open to the public Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays 08:00 until 16:00. 3.Recorded music (background only) Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays 08:00 until 16:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
