Notice of Making of a Definitive Map Modification Order

Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 North York Moors National Park Authority North York Moors National Park Definitive Map and Statement Bridleway 60 and Footpath 205 Bilsdale Midcable (Crossett Bank) Definitive Map Modification Order 2013

The above Order, made on 31 October 2013, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by correctly recording the line of the bridleway up Crossett Bank and adding a footpath to link with the existing footpath coming up from Low Crossett as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at North York Moors National Park Authority, The Old Vicarage, Bondgate, Helmsley, York, YO62 5BP until 1 February 2014. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there at a reasonable cost or by contacting Paula Morris, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council,
Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232490 (quoting ref: EC20/168).
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 1 February 2014. Please state the grounds on which they are made and quote the reference above.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
