NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOOTPATH 204 LASTINGHAM (SOUTH RUNNEL) EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2013 The above Order, made on 25 July 2013, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will close the footpath running south from Ings Lane beside South Runnel, over Ings Beck and up a steep wooded bank to the footpath from Lastingham to Howldale Lane as shown on the order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Kirkbymoorside Library, Church House, 7 High Marketplace, Kirkbymoorside, York, North Yorkshire, YO62 6AT until 27 November 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost there or by contacting Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 27 November 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made and quote the reference above. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order Dated 30 October 2013
