NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER NO 2 of 2010
FIRS PLANTATION SCAMPSTON MALTON
NORTH YORKSHIRE
On the 11 October 2013 Ryedale District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order is to divert public footpath numbered 25.75/27/1 from the route commencing at Grid Reference 48 614 4 7 7448 (Point A) and proceeds in a South Easterly direction for approximately 163.9 metres to Grid Reference 48630 47444 (Point B) to a new route 3 metres wide commencing off the existing route at Grid Reference 48614 47448 (Point A) and proceeds in a South direction to the east of the field boundary for approximately 94 meters to Grid Reference 48618 47439 (Point C) and proceeds in an Easterly Direction forapproximately123.9 metrestoGridReference 48630 47444 (Point B) to join up to the existing footpath. The offices of Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Malton Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and at the North Yorkshire County Library, Malton, at the following times:-
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9.30 am - 5.00 pm Tuesday 9.30 am - 7.00 pm

Saturday 9.30 am - 4.00 pm

Copies of the order and order map may be purchased from Ryedale House for 50 pence.
Any representation or objection to the order may be sent to or delivered in writing and addressed to The Council Solicitor, Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Malton YO17 7HH. To arrive not later than the 22 November 2013. This Order comes into force on 11 October 2013 but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to confirmation of the order, he or she may apply totheHigh CourtforanyofthesepurposesunderSection 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required byparagraph 7 ofSchedule 14tothatAct.
