Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Ryedale District Council Settrington Village Design Statement Adoption Statement

This statement gives notice that Ryedale District Council adopted the Settrington Village Design Statement as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 5 September 2013.
The Settrington Village Design Statement is a document that has been prepared by Settrington Parish Council to provide design guidance for the village. Following consultation and some amendments, it has been adopted by the District Council as a Supplementary Planning Document to supplement the implementation of the Local Plan for the District. Any person(s) aggrieved by the adoption of the Settrington Village Design Statement SPD may make an application to the High Court for a judicial review of that decision. Any such application must be made no later than three months from the date of adoption. (ie no later that the 5th December 2013) The Design Statement and supporting documents are available for inspection on the Council's website http://extranet.ryedale.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=7094 Copies of the above documents are also available for inspection at Ryedale District Council Offices at: Ryedale House
