NOTICE OF MAKING OF A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY

NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT
BRIDLEWAY 11 COLD KIRBY (CLEVELAND WAY) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2013

The above Order, made on 25 July 2013, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a public bridleway across the loop of Low Field Lane behind Cold Kirby church for the Cleveland Way National Trail as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at The Post Office, 32-34 Market Place, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 1LB until 25 September 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232323.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 25 September 2013 (quoting ref: PJM/EC20/159). Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
