NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY
BRIDLEWAY 210 HELMSLEY (MONK HOLME WOOD) CREATION ORDER 2013
The above Order, made on 25 July 2013, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a bridleway along a field access track to the south of Ryedale Close, along arable field margins and through Monk Holme Wood to Riccal Dale. A concurrent Extinghuishment Order will close the footpath through properties on Ryedale Close and across a field corner to the east as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at The Post Office, Bridge Street, Helmsley, York, YO62 5LS until 11 September 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there at a reasonable cost or by contacting the Director of Democratic & Legal Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Director of Democratic & Legal Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 11 September 2013 (quoting ref: PJM/EC20/163). Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. IftheOrder is sentto the SecretaryofState for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
