Re: GILLIAN PEDERSEN STATHER deceased TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above-named, late of 16 The Rise, Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering, YO18 7TG who died on 5th June 2013 is required to send particulars in writing thereof to the undersigned Solicitors by 10th September 2013 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests then notified.
