NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOOTPATH 16 FARNDALE EAST (DUCK HOUSE) DIvERSION ORDER 2013
The above Order, made on 2 May 2013, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the footpath through the yard to a new route to the east of the yard connecting with the existing footpath through the strip of woodland to the south as shown on the Order map. A concurrent Definitive Map Modification Order will correct an anomaly with the recorded footpath line down to Rawson Syke.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal opening hours at Kirkbymoorside Library, Church House, 7 High Marketplace, Kirkbymoorside, York North Yorkshire, YO62 6AT until 10 July 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting the Director of Democratic & Legal Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Director of Democratic & Legal Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 10 July 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
