NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Galtres Festival, Duncombe Park, Helmsley, North Yorkshire YO61 5EB. Application has been made on the 20th March 2013 for a Premises Licence under the above Act for an annual event at the above premises as follows: 1. The provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, late night refreshment, performance of dance, and the supply of alcohol on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 11:00 and 02:00; and on Monday between 11.00 and 18.00 2. Premises open to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10:30 and 02:00; and on Monday between 10.30.A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below.Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
