Notice is hereby given that Joby John and Saji Kurian have applied to York City Council for the grant of a new premises licence for Ammas Oven, 7 Mansfield House, Lowther Street, York, YO31 7NB in order for the following licensable activities to take place: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only during the following hours: Monday to Sunday 08.00hours to 22.00hours:The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at 9 St Leonard’s Place, York, YO1 7ET between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council, Licensing Services, 9 St Leonard’s Place, York, YO1 7ET. Representations must be received by no later than 1st April 2013 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
