Application has been made on the 25th February 2013 for a variation of the above Club Premises Certificate as follows: 1. Increase by one hour for the supply of alcohol to 10.00 until 24.00 hours each day 2. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10.00 and 24.00 3. Removal of redundant/outdated conditions from Annex 2 A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above.
