NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY

BRIDLEWAY 39 HARTOFT (ROCK HOUSE)
DIVERSION ORDER 2012

The above Order, made on 28 November 2012, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the bridleway out of the garden of Rock House on to a forest track to the north as shown on the Order map. A concurrent Creation Order will establish a new bridleway link along a stone forest road to the south.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during the Library's opening hours at Pickering Library, The Ropery, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 8DY until 21 January 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting the Head of Legal and Support Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232323.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Head of Legal and Support Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 21 January 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
