NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY
BRIDLEWAY 100 HARTOFT (ROCK HOUSE) CREATION ORDER 2012


The above Order, made on 28 November 2012, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a bridleway on a stoned track south-west of Rock House giving more sustainable access from Cropton Forest on to the Hartoft End to Row Mires road as shown on the Order map. A concurrent diversion order will move the existing bridleway through Rock House onto a forest path to the north.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during the Library's opening hours at Pickering Library, The Ropery, Pickering, YO18 8DY until 21 January 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting the Head of Legal and Support Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232323.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Head of Legal and Support Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not Fater than 21 January 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
