Pursuant to Section 27, Trustee Act 1925 (as amended) Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of 8 Hyrst Grove, York YO31 7TD, who died on 29th June 2012, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by 8th February 2013. After this date the Executors will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they receive notice.
