Electrical fault sparks vehicle fire
AN electrical fault sparked a fire on Saturday evening.
Fire crews from Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley were called to reports of farm vehicle on fire at Skiplam Road, Skiplam, just after 6.30pm.
Firefighters used one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera at the scene. The cause was believed to be an electrical fault in the engine bay.
